Awesome place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my lost earring on my first stay, showing their excellent service. I recommend it!

The shuttle made our last day better because we had the luggage to go to the subway station with comfort. The tea and kettle in the room helped us to have breakfast in our room. In the bathroom on the sink there was space to put the various bath products.
We had a good time, a few clarifications that I don't want to be a criticism, but serves need to be improved. We had the single beds and not a double bed. The staff told us that we had to wait for a room to be vacated the next day (at least we understood with our poor knowledge of English) but we had unpacked and decided to stay with the single beds. In the end, we had a good time anyway. The staff was very kind but did not speak Italian and we, who have so many difficulties with English, sometimes had a problem to communicate

The room was cosy (5th floor), quiet, meaningfully equipped. The transport tickets were sold at the reception.
No free access to the Internet. The access to the metro and /or tram station would deserve a special panel with explanation at the reception. For those who do not need a plentiful breakfast there is a bistro at the terminal tram station (7 min.).

It was cosy and comfortable in the room. I also liked the panoramic view from the 18th floor. The staffs were ever ready to help and they even provided me with a map and directed me to the nearest metro station. I would definitely come back!
None! I loved my stay there.

Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, we got a nice, quiet corner room with views to the canal from both sides. Location is very quiet and peaceful but beware there are no services (restaurants, shops etc) nearby outside of the hotel itself, and it might be a bit remote for somebody.
Housekeeping too eager to change towels; the hotel has "green policy" of not changing the towels if you leave them on the towel rack, they ask you to leave the towels on the floor if you wish them to be changed - we left our towels hanging on the racks/ hooks every day, and every day they were changed. Also the housekeeping threw out bars of soap only after one single use (I fully appreciate they throw the soap out when the guests have checked out)- what a waste! The shampoo/ conditioner and shower gel provided by the hotel appeared to be to be the same stuff under different labels, got an awful rash out of the "shampoo".

Strongly recommend for a city break
Spacious room, well-maintained bathroom, with a lovely view of the canal which enhanced my stay, and having easy access to the city center via the nearby metro stop was a great advantage.
Everything was superb.

I thoroughly enjoyed satisfactory breakfast, particularly nice views.
The location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Familie. By the way, a river and a park were close to the place.

It was an outer city hotel without any of the drawbacks like charges for parking common to a city center location and only 3 minutes away by taxi.

We can not find Metro Station, but taxi to centrum of city was about 15 EUR. Room was clean, in 17 et., so we can see a big piece of city. Breakfast was great, all you can think about.
Traveling to city only with a taxi, is it far to Metro, and we can not find it.

The breakfast was pleasant.
The hotel's location is not very close to the public transport. As for the room the used glasses were not changed daily.

The rooms are spotless with the bathroom, x 2 sofa beds, as example. Offers excellent service and fabulous food. Furthermore, guests can use parking on-site. The location is brilliant, 20 km from the airport. There's a train station a short walk to the place.
